At Veyron Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your furniture or accessories, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included
  • Free from assembly damage (some disassembly may be required for return shipping)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to improper assembly or use

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@veyronstore.com within 30 days of delivery
Step 2: Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
Step 4: If approved, you'll receive a return shipping label (if applicable) and packaging instructions

Return Shipping

Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at support@veyronstore.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
